Home Again

We have been to Mecca for quilters and are home safe and sound. We are introducing you to our market neighbors first….

Here is Anne Sutton of Bunny Hill with Karen Junquet. Anne’s booth was as lovely as ever. Anne’s new block of the month was terrific in person. You can also steal a peek at Anne’s new fabric line in the lower left corner. Karen is a design director at Henry Glass & Co.

Deborah Ann Hobbs and Mr. Hobbs of TaDah Quilt Designs. Did you know that the Dah in TaDah were her initials? How clever! Deborah is a machine quilter amongst all her other talents and her fabric line was definitely influenced by her quilting. She also pieced and covered the chairs in her booth. Anything she doesn’t do? Sleep!!!

Lynette Anderson and her terrific son. Talk about charming…these two definitely are. Lynette has had a presence in the market place for a number of years and her work is delightful in person. Her son traveled with her to market and he is the kind of young man would we all hope for in a son.

More tomorrow.

I thank you for joining us on the sneak peek tour this week. Next week we travel “for real” and are heading to Houston for International Quilt Market. I can’t wait to show you the quilts in their entirety and pictures from the market floor. Stay tuned…..
